I have been coming to this restaurant for years but have recently noticed a downgrade in quality and value for your dollar. Iâve tested out the days and times Iâve gone but come to the conclusion that standards are slipping and management is content with being mediocre. The pasta is less than al dente, the hamburgers passable and underwhelming. The salads are slightly wilted and full of stems, and the drinks are weak and unappealing. They survive by their lack of competition and because their service remains good.Good morning K OâConnor We care very much about every menu item as much thought and preparation are put forth during menu planning. Please know that execution may simply be a training issue. This will be shown to our culinary director and the appropriate training steps will be taken. As for prices, Iâm sure you have noticed the increase in food cost over the past few years also increases in labor cost, utilities, taxes. Just about every area of living has been affected. Not to mention hourly rates for labor repairs have sky rocketed. It is important to Mariano Restaurant Group to offer quality and value. We have over 7000 visits a month and we do have quite a lot of restaurants close to us within 5 miles. Our core values are to Be Personable, Respectful, Responsible, Encouraging and to Enjoy life. It is expected that we treat every guest as if they are guests in their own home. Based on your food expectations we apologize we were not successful at this. Thank you for sharing and please understand we take feedback very serious. We will do our part to improve. We ask if you ever choose to visit Baileyâs again to come in with the expectation that it is going to be amazing. Much Gratitude

We arrived tired and road weary. Dinner was served quickly with good recommendations by the staff. Next morning the all-you-can-eat breakfast was only $12.95. It's a bargain. Freshly made omelets, Texas french toast, fresh fruit, oatmeal, etc., etc. Worth it.

In terms of ambiance, it felt better than the last time I was there. Last time it was much more rustic. There were 6 of us and the furnishings seemed more like second-hand. The dinner selections were from 2 establishments one from Marko's and one from it's parent, Lucia's. The food was average and unremarkable. This time we had chicken picata which was above average. However, the service missed the mark, perhaps due to a new wait person. It should be noted that the food selections are all cooked in Lucia's which is down the street. It's an odd setup and works nicely some of the time.

Full service restaurant serving lunch and dinner in a casual, friendly, family friendly atmosphere. Our food will make you feel like you are right at home.
Not sure what I was expecting, since this restaurant is stand alone in a small "Commons" area that has two hotels, a gas station, a dry cleaner and a few other small retail shops. Desk clerk told me it was good and that man was correct! The bartender knows how to mix drinks and the chef can cook! Service is very good. Portions are large. First time in my life I could not finish a Shepherd's Pie...which was just the right mixture of chopped meat, corn, mashed potatoes and cheese. Had I finished this, I never would have room for the Italian Cream cake, which was light and---what else?...creamy. Lemony taste having a delicious conflict with the raspberry sauce on which it was served. Reasonable prices for the quality. I will return.

Recently saw a show here and had dinner before. The small prime rib was huge, accompanied with fresh green beans, a baked potato and a popover. There is also a nice selection of drinks and their bread pudding was scrumptious. Fun evening all around.

Our group of 5 adults dined here on a Friday night. This is an attractive, stylish restaurant and the place was packed. The restaurant and menu have an upscale feel. Prices are on the higher end. They offer a variety of microbrews and extensive list of wines. The menu basically offered something for everyone, although could be much better for vegetarians and vegans. The menu has lots of heavier, "comfort foods." Much of the food is rather heavily laden with butter, oil and/or mayonnaise-based sauces, plus extremely salty. While most of us enjoy well-salted food, here, the salt is on steroids. While the rest of our party of 5 have no dietary issues or restrictions, I have a bad reaction to added oils which is a hazard in restaurants. I had called ahead during non-peak hours and asked if they would kindly make the Harvest Grain Bowl for me without added oils. At first the manager told me that he spoke with the chef, and everything is already premade with oil and they could not do it. I very politely told them that if they would so kindly just cook a small amount and keep it off to the side, I would truly appreciate it. The manager consulted with the chef once again, and told me they would accommodate this request. I thanked them up and down in advance. When we arrived, I referenced the phone call to the person who sat us and also to our server. All seemed fine. The server even asked me if there was anything else they could do to accommodate - I said, "thanks so much for asking! If possible, I'd love the dish to have very little salt." I really appreciated that the server asked me that. When my grain bowl arrived, I was surprised to find that the quinoa was literally uncooked. It was crunchy to the bite. Crunchy, raw quinoa!! Quinoa cooked so fast and becomes soft - I have no idea how they managed to serve me crunchy quinoa without the chef noticing. To add insult to injury, the greens were coated in salt to the point that when another adult in our party tasted it for me (I wanted to be sure I wasn't crazy!), he literally puckered from the salt. It was astonishingly salty. We told the server that the quinoa was raw, and showed him. He seemed annoyed. However, he did appropriately remove it from the bill (I think it was $17 for basically baby kale and raw quinoa). He also comped a dessert to the table, which demonstrated appropriate customer service. A manager came to the table and told me that he personally saw the quinoa from my cleared dish, and he verified that it was uncooked. So, the follow up to my dreadful meal was appropriate and I did appreciate that.I would not rush back here. There are not enough things on the menu that I want to try - they totally messed up the one and only thing on the menu that I could eat given my dietary preferences. However, I would give it a second shot if the rest of my group wanted to go. Perhaps they just had a bad night, with regard to my order and would do better next time.Dear bkramer947,Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this detailed feedback and we truly apologize for your experience. We have spoken with our manager that was taking care of you that evening and he again apologizes for the food quality you received. This is not typical of our standards and we have spoken with our culinary team. With your feedback, we can only improve. We do hope you will give us another chance in the future.Thank You
