La semana pasada pasamos la mañana en hoz de Jaca,, y decidimos reservar un rato antes porque eran fiestas en el pueblo, súper amables, agradables, comida casera, no era menú, platos sueltos, y repetiria, edificio antiguo, pero bien decorado, tomé un gazpacho buenisimo, y chipirones, precios asequibles, postre casero de re Chupete

After trying other restaurants in Biescas we discovered this one. Despite its Dutch name and decor, the food has nothing to do with Dutch food. It is fresh, tasty and "honest". The owner Ricardo has an eye for detail and is very welcoming. His chef, Nika, is so humble but delivers the best food! We would definitely recommend this restaurant!

We were staying in Lanuza and drove into Sallent de Gallego for a glass of wine and something to do until dinner time. This appeared to be the only spot open this time of year. We had a couple of glasses of wine...and people watched. The service was slow and gruff...Not sure what the food was like, but I don't think this is the type of establishment you would expect good cooking and even questionable cleanliness

After a day of hiking in the Pyrenees, the bar at El Sitio was a welcome sight! The staff is friendly and efficient, the bar snacks (especially the olives) are fabulous and the lounge in the rear has comfortable seating .and great mountain views.
