Was there with a group for lunch. Almost everyone got something different, but no one got the wings, so no comment about them. There were several who got fried veggies and onion rings and shared...large portions but rather heavily battered with a bit of kick for my taste...however, all were eaten! Sweet potato fries were good. Grilled items were just ok. Philly cheese steak was described as excellent. The chicken sliders were fine; the burger sliders not so good, meat was small, dry and had a funny taste [not worth the $8]. Our server was attentive. Room was cold...almost had to go outside to avoid the AC blowing down on the table which made the food chill quickly. The outside porch might be a better option. If I return, I will be careful about selecting location of table and explore more options on the menu.

Let's start with the good:- Stella A on tap. Nice!- Huge amount of pretzels as appetizers. Way too much for the 2 of us to consume- Lots of pizza toppings to choose from- TV sound reasonable so we could actually converse at our table and be heard!- Friendly serviceThe not-so-good- Pretzels were doughy. They could have been cooked a little longer to make 'em crispier- The pizza was also undercooked. Thin crust was OK, but another minute or 2 in the oven would have been nice. Very flimsy slices.- The dips we got for the pretzels were basically marinara sauce and mustard. Nothing special. If you want cheese dip, it'll cost you a couple more dollar, which pushes the cost to $10 for this appetizer. No thanks. This is a large restaurant that seats a LOT of people. Not sure we'll be back anytime soon.Mello! HerrPâs.. We appreciate you choosing Mellow and would love to have you back! You sounded like a first timer? We would be happy to cook your pretzels and pie longer as we do (and the menu states) you have to let your server know crispy..as we do for numerous guest. We hope to see you soon!

Stopped here for dinner and drinks while visiting the area on business. The main thing here is of course (even though I did not know it in advance) the beer selection. It takes 10 minutes just to read through the menu, and you of course end up choosing something by random. Both my random selections turned out to be very good. The food (burger, naturally) was very good as well. Service was friendly, though food took a while to arrive. The people very cheerful and friendly, and the vibe downright awesome.Definitely worth a stop.

We ordered online for a pickup order to go and we were surprised it was empty when we showed up. The food was not bad but small portions. I guess they figure if you are getting it to go, nobody is getting a tip. The service was not very good. We showed up and there was no hostess and there were 2 waitresses standing there talking and they ignored me until I asked where I was supposed to go. The food was ok but I don't think we'll be going back.

Shells does a really great low country boil. Every time Iâve been and ordered it with shrimp and crab legs it is consistently good. Iâve tried other things there and been less impressed. The lobster dip itself is great, but when paired with cheap, heavy chips, it loses something. The mussels were not impressive either and the steak was over cooked. Shells is my âgo toâ for crab legs and shrimp in a low country boil. The service is good though a bit chaotic when trying to get a table. They stay busy even at non peak times.
