We were really impressed with our take away from Prince of India. Arrived within the specified timeframe. We had a spinach and chickpea starter, a lamb pasanda, a chicken korma, egg fried rice, onion bhajis and paratha bread. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasty. The meats were tender and the curries had plenty of sauce to dip the tasty paratha bread into. Very very nice takeaway.

We had a table for 5 on a Tuesday night, all the food was to a good standard and decent portions. There are several house special selections which Iâd recommend. The best thing was the service from the staff though, very friendly and helpful, happy to stay open late until we were ready to leave.

After a long hard day drinking and pillaging on the river, a curry was the only thing that was going to satisfy our desires....Dil Raj were absolutely brilliant, the staff were accommodating and pleasant. Service was prompt and friendly, and food was second to none. Chicken Pathia was mind blowing - totally delicious and really hit the spot for 4 hungry Pirates! In the immortal words of Arnold Schwarzenegger....I'll be back!!

The chicken vindaloo and lamb jalfrezi were poor. The lamb was tough and went in the bin. Chicken was not as hard but the vindaloo was bland. The cheese naan had not been anywhere any cheese.Spend money elsewhere.
