This is a nice little Vietnamese restaurant not far from the Kremlin. It is a little hard to see as it is almost directly behind a bus stop. The inside is small but pleasant and the waiter was quite helpful. The menus are in Russian only and include Russian transliterations of the Vietnamese names and description in Russian. However, they also have nice pictures. The Pho was good, but the broth was not as rich as some, and their were less fresh herbs to add in. The spring rolls were excellent, full of meat and very fresh. We also tried the salad with chicken which was good, and a fried noodle dish that was tasty, but didn't not have a particularly Vietnamese flavor (to my mind). All in all we were very impressed for an Asian restaurant in Tula, and would recommend it and go again ourselves.

We received excellent service, the waiter explained in details how each dish is cooked and all ingredients. Salads and main courses exceeded our expectations. Deserts were very good either. Unfortunately you can not expect decent vines in such places, but shots were okay. We were a party of five and the bill was as if we were two:)! I strongly recommend this place.

Itâs quite hard to find places in Tula where you can drink your beer in a relaxed outdoor situation. The Drugoye is one of these few places. You have to enter the big shopping mall on Sovetskaya and get up to the upper floor. It has a nice Interieur with one famous wall picture from Pulp Fixtion. The draft beers are good and cheap (below 200 RUB). The view from the rooftop is not outstanding, but at least you can sit, drink and eat outside.
