Before the greeting, the young waiter announced that you must wait at least 30 minutes before getting anything, they have so much orders, actually in restaurant were appr 8 people sitting, it was abs empty.Don't ever go there, they cant communicate, dont have any experience and education how to talk with guests.

We welcome you with our modern interior design and cosy and pleasant atmosphere. The pride of the restaurant is the Hot Pots, which is made special by the opportunity to choose the ingredients, which are then used to boil a delicious dish right in front o
Strange food what did not taste right. Tom yum soup first came white looks like a milk soup what we sent back. Then came tom yum what was really salti.Honey chicken sauce did not taste good and chicken was over cooked. Crispy eggplant had flour taste. depreciated place over three floors.Dirty toilet uncleaned a long time.Roof terrace was nice.

Kolm Tilli is inspired by street food from all around the world, located in old Widget Factory in Tartu. The heart of the restaurant is open kitchen with authentic Italian pizza oven and sophisticated yet laid-back bar.
Visiting my son in Tartu who dances with the Vanemuine Ballet, we were invited to the birthday party of one of the dancers. They had just finished a performance and came in a large group to Kolm Tilli, a favourite of the birthday girl herself. Everyone had pre-ordered but the restaurant couldnât be sure of the exact time of arrival. The staff handled the drinks orders really fast and well and water was provided to the whole group. My own Tuna Pizza and my sonâs Chicken Pizza were really good and the general opinion around the group was mostly positive. I was impressed by the efficiency with which such a large group was served; capably and unobtrusively (but pleasantly) by the waitresses. Payment at the end was conducted in a slick and easy manner. This is not easy with diverse orders from a large group. I would add that the web site photos donât do justice to the real thing - especially the fish and chips! So well done Kolm Tilli, I donât think this is the last large party youâll cater for!

It was a pleasure having a dinner at this small restaurant. I really enjoyed my dinner choice which the waiter helped me to choose from the versatile menu. There was plentiful of food, food was tasty and the atmosphere was tranquil and cozy. Plenty of take away food was also delivered during my meal so this seems to be quite a popular restaurant among Tartu citizens; I also recommend Mandala when you desire Asian food.
