Not what we consider normal Olive Garden service. Salad was overdressed to the point it was limp. Had to ask for bread sticks after we had salad for 10 minutes. Chicken was overcooked in chicken parmesan.

Asian Fusion Food / Seafood / Korean
Our family recently tried this restaurant for the first time. Very good food, staff very friendly and helpful (owner even came to our table and explained dishes). The restaurant is very clean. The servings are very large portions and reasonably priced. Family of five (5) had appetizers, drinks, and meals for under $130.00 what a bargin we will certainly be returning.

This restaurant has been a staple in this shopping plaza for a couple decades. So it must have a loyal following. My husband and I came on a Friday night. We had attentive service and the food portions are pretty sizable. The restaurant is clean and I would definitely return. Perhaps for the lunch buffet so I could try various dishes.
I work not even 2 minutes away from the restaurant and order here for lunch and sometimes pick up dinner on the way home. They have some of the best Chinese food in the area. Their vegetables taste great, the General Tso's Chicken is never fried too hard and I love their shrimp rolls. I usually order that or the Beef & Broccoli but I need to try their American food; I've heard the chicken sandwich is really good. Unfortunately as I've found with many Chinese restaurants, their customer service is basically non-existent. I've never seen any of the employees smile, I don't even know if they have teeth. They are very short and rude when you call on the phone & usually don't have anything pleasant to say. I wish they delivered b/c when I want Chinese at night I really don't like coming here b/c the neighborhood isn't the best. However, I put up with all of this ratchetness because the food is really fresh and delicious.

Our experience at Konran was heavenly. The staff were just lovely and the decor beautiful. I had high expectations and I have to say that the food surpassed those expectations. We had: crab wontons, pan finished gyoza, clear soup, hibachi chicken, filet and shrimp, fried rice and vegetables, and the mahi delight. When I say that the filet was the best piece of beef that I have ever had, that's saying something. I have eaten at fine dining establishments known for their beef - they couldn't hold a candle to this filet. The chicken was out of this world. My husband couldn't stop exclaiming over the mahi. The soup was ridiculous - soooo good. Crab wontons - nothing like I've had before. Gyoza...ditto. To all of the staff of Konran - we heartily welcome you to Petersburg and wish you much luck in the future. We will certainly be doing our part to contribute to your ensured success!
