We order from New China at least once a month. They are so quick and the food is always awesome. They have the absolute best spring rolls that are even awesome for leftovers. Our kids love the sweet and sour chicken and I love the veggie mix. Their food is always tasty, we have never been disappointed. We moved a couple of years to a town over with plentiful Chinese food restaurants but we keep going back and are willing to drive across town to get their awesome food.

We were in the area and looking for something different. We were with friends who are definitely foodies, not that we aren't. Saigon Spring looked very interesting and it was a truly great find. The service from the moment we walked in the door until we finished and left was wonderful. We ordered the ribs after eyeing them on the next table. They tasted even better than they looked. A delicious barbecue sauce. A little expensive, 13.50 for five ribs, but they were amazing. The summer rolls were good but the fish sauce they were served with was excellent. I ordered the crispy half chicken which was served with white rice, pickled vegetables and a light but delicious ginger sauce. The skin was really crisp and the meat moist and tasty. My friend ordered the crispy duck which he said was the best duck he had ever eaten. No fat, just crispy skin and a half duck, also served with the same ginger sauce and pickled vegetables with white rice. Our wives shared the chicken and noodle dish which they both loved and couldn't finish, well I have to admit we did share our chicken and duck with them. Really the food here is amazing and if we didn't live two hours away we would be back here at least once a week. A very varied and different Vietnamese menu, not just the typical Pho and noodle dishes, there is so much to choose from. You won't be disappointed.

We found the dining room very comfortable and relaxing - a welcoming respite from the nearby interstate. The beef on the kimchi beef appetizer was tender and the spinach and pleasantly hot topping complimented it perfectly. Our Penang curry had lots of good sauce (we needed seconds on the rice to absorb it all) but was a bit light on the veggies. The service started strong, but faltered just a bit as no one checked back with us so getting more rice involved arm waving in a not busy restaurant.

Although this restaurant underwent an owner change a few years ago (the old owner is now managing the restaurant located in a top hotel in downtown Saratoga Springs), the quality and taste of the food as remained high. I absolutely love the boneless ribs and believe that they are the best in the area. Also good is the General Tso's chicken which has just enough bite to make it tasty! There is no delivery service, so you have to pick it up (which is the only downfall), but the wait time is only 10 minutes!

This place is a bit small and rather quiet. The location is awkward and I did not like the parking situation in this new Malta shopping area. But the restaurant was very good. The red curry chicken dish was tasty, sweet, spicy and the rice was sticky (as it should be). The meal was somewhat unremarkable, partly due to the setting which I obviously don't love. Prices were average. The reason I prefer Sushi Thai Garden (for Thai) is that the service is friendlier, the food is a full star better, and the atmosphere is more interesting. In addition, the Sushi Thai Garden always butterfly carrots in a very artful way that shows off superb knife skills and its just those little touches that elevate very good to excellent.

We have been enjoying the quality of the Chinese dishes from this place for some time, and finally decided to submit a review. You can view their food preparation which guarantees freshness and cleanliness. The ingredients used are of top quality, from the crunchy vegetables to the jumbo shrimps and tender ribs. The husband and wife team/owners are always on hand serving and supervising the cooking, and they deliver excellence, whether eating in or taking out our order. They don't skimp on the quality or quantity of the combination specials for lunch or dinner, which are superb. We have given up on other Chinese restaurants in the area, and never hesitate to drive the extra 10+ miles to have GREAT Chinese food from this place: well balanced spices, not greasy, crunchy veggies and succulent shrimps and ribs. And, last but not least, the rice is always perfectly steamed.
