We were excited to give the new Panda Express a try, but it was a huge disappointment. First I don't understand why a punk kid with a bad attitude is serving food with a toothpick hanging out of his mouth with the manager standing five feet behind him, he had this toothpick hanging out of his mouth trying to be cool for the whole 45 minutes we were in the restaurant, pretty immature, both the employee and the manager for not managing. We were also disappointed that they really have no options for children or that's what mr cool told us, no plain lo main, he offered us spicy orange chicken that my wife could barely eat, training anyone. Food was not very good, service was obviously terrible, and the place was dirty. We had to wipe off the table before we sat down and there was trash and food on the floor, maybe take Mr. Toothpick off the line and give him a broom and a rag, maybe he will earn some respect for himself and others. We won't be back, I wanted it to be good.

Osaka Dawsonville is a typical hibachi / sushi restaurant. Same menu as larger chains and the food was fresh and prepared well during our visit. Pricing is reasonable and they accommodated our family of 9 without an issue once we were seated. It appears to be an older store that, IMO, could use a refresh. The only real drawback was their lack of/confusing reservation process. Earlier in the week, we placed an online reservation. When 4 days later we had not received a confirmation, we stopped by the store to inquire and were told that online reservations only apply at the store in Cumming (though the website did accept the Dawsonville location). We were told to simply call about an hour ahead to reserve a table, which we did. When we arrived on a Saturday night with our entourage of 9 plus infant, we were told that they had no idea when we would be seated. At least two other parties were having the same angst. Time from our âreservationâ to when we were seated was 40 minutes, which is about 7 years in kid-minutes. In short, they do not take reservations, only a phone-in waiting list. If they would make this clear when you call, and clean up the website, customers could consider this when filling all the car seats in the family minivan. Otherwise, it was a nice meal and the grandkids loved playing with their food and chopsticks. Weâll go back when the kids come home again.

A friend recommended we try this place since we were in the area and wanted some good Chinese food. The decor was very nice and the place was immaculate. This restaurant actually had Almond Fried Chicken on the menu. Most places even around Atlanta doesnât serve it anymore,The dish was excellent!

Chin Chin's provided excellent service to our lunch group of 14. We called ahead and they set up a table for us to all sit together. We placed our orders together, and the foods were all served with impeccable timing. First all the soups, which were hot and delicious. Then all the meals at once. Everyone loved their food, especially the Mongolian beef. Payments all went smoothly. Couldn't ask for more.

13 family members gathered here for a pre-Christmas dinner and we were not disappointed. Our chef was very entertaining and the food was good. Service was also timely and the place was slammed with customers waiting. Would definitely return

We eat here often and have tried almost everything on the menu. We love it! Sometimes you may have to wait on a table but it is worth the wait.
