We waited for food for over half an hour from ordering - this was midday, not weekend, the place only 1/3 full. Instead of apology the waitress insisted such wait was normal and made other rude comments, such as when I suggested they warn customers in advance that the food might take 30 mins, she almost screamed at me it us the customers who should ask abt it (!). My child was in tears and if she werenât so hungry I would have left. There really is terrible staff shortage in the hospitality sector in Latvia, especially during the summer months, so poor service is almost the norm...

I ordered Cesar salad and bbq. They bring me it in ~20min and after I have started to eat, I noticed a mosiqueto in my Cesar salad. Just after I have asked a waiter to check the food but he in a assured manner respond that it is the fly from the street and just left. I am more disappointed in a way I was approached/served during that.

Me and my wife went to this restaurant for a second time in last years, service was ok - canât complain, starters was good and tasty but main dish with medium rear beef which I ordered was well cooked and tasteless, no solution.P.S. toilet could be in better condition (smelly and dirty)
