We eat here frequently and it is above average for fast food. The employees are always friendly, professional, and go beyond the norm to be helpful. Especially for a fast food restaurant. There are many fast food choices in Wadesboro but we always know at Captain D's, no matter how busy they are, we will receive good service and decent, reasonably-priced food.

We were greeted when we entered the restaurant and ordered immediately. The food was good and tasted like most other KFC. The only problem was all of the tables needed wiping. We wiped our table and chairs as well as another family. There was a lot of laughing and acting up behind the counter except for the black guy that took our order. They need to be more attentive to their dining area. The floor was dirty with paper and crumbs and ALL of the tables and seats needed to be wiped. I don't think we will be eating in there again.

Wonderful visit! The cashier was very friendly. Our food was delivered quickly and was still hot. The lobby was very clean. When patrons left, the staff was quick to clear the tables and clean them with cleaner (not just a wet cloth)

place looks old inside but clean. 3 of us ate for $22.00. Almost bought dessert for $1.00 but we were full. The mac & cheese was home made and all our food was seasoned country style. Hamburger steak was cold but everything taste good. We got there on sunday at 12:45 lots of people but by 1:pm there was a line to the door. This place beats K&W cafeteria by a long shot.

The food seemed to emphasize "local" and fresh, and was well-prepared. The lady at the next table was eating a scallop dish that she said was delicious.
