The food is about the same whichever KFC you go to. This location does not serve the Taco Bell menu which while unusual, it is the choice of the franchise holder. The poor rating comes from the number of times we have been to this outlet to find they have "...run out of chicken..." which seems a little weird. If chicken is what you sell, then keep enough in stock. Why are they running out of their staple dish at 6PM on a Saturday.Of course no Manager is ever to be found to talk to, but there are two or three Assistant Managers ready to provide an excuse for running out of product.

I went in on a Thursday night. Pretty quiet. I checked out the menu and waited but no server for another 5 minutes. It was that way the rest of the night with the server being absent for whatever reason. She wasn't visible in the restaurant. No different with the table next to mine. Went in for a light dinner and had a smoked salmon salad and a draft. The ingredients in the salad were excellent- and included a perfectly poached egg. The only downside was the dressing was bland and did not serve to elevate the great ingredients. Average to good service.

I visited the Steakhouse on Main on our way back to Alaska from Seattle on the road and we stopped at Smither's Steakhouse on Main for Dinner.I ordered a steak sandwich and fries and they were fairly fast on the delivery of the food and they have wifi service, the waitress is very helpful dispite she have a busy evening serving Dinner that evening but she is in good spirits.The dinner was excellent and satisfied, this restaurant will be one of my favorite stops next time.

Ate breakfast here while staying at the motel. Had a simple eggs, bacon, toast, and potatoes. Everything was cooked well. Good service. A great start to the day.

Stopped here for dinner while passing through on Hwy 16. Server was friendly but more interested in socializing at the bar than serving her tables. The food was overpriced for the small portions. The macaroni and cheese was Kraft dinner. Not worth the cost or time spent waiting.
