On the plus side staff were attentive and starter was served promptly. On negative side we ordered 2 x mixed grills. When they arrived it was obvious they had spent far too muchtime under a grill/on a hot tray whilst other elements were being cooked. The entire plate looked to be overcooked. The steak element which had been requested medium rare was indeed served medium rare but the outer layer was burnt to a cinder. I suspect this is a one off experience as we have eaten there before but it would certainly influence my decision for a return visit.

We eat here at Glasgow Braehead often. Always made to feel welcome and food is always hot and tasty. Stephanie served us and was so friendly, helpful and chatty. Would definatley recommend the Filling Station to anyone.

Tasty food and large portions. Chicken Nacho portion was huge! Halloumi was super tasty. Food was all in all perfect. Unfortunately, The Cocktails contained quite a lot of syrup which wasnât to great. Also for booking a table 8+ itâs £10pp deposit, which is understandable but I think a bit steep compared with most restaurants. However, it did soften the blow when it came to paying at the end! Every cloud has a silver lining. Would definitely eat here again!

Food was worth 2 stars, but extra star just for the service alone. Starters of calamari and haggis were pretty nice but could have done with a little more cooking as batter was a bit mushy, but tasty nonetheless. Chicken melt was burnt and tasted of smoke and fuel, pepperoni pizza was nice enough but dripping with oil and outside of pizza was almost unbeatable due to overcooking.dont think I would return.

My wife and I ate here last week. We meant to only stay for late lunch and a couple of drinks but ended up staying most of the night. Great food with a better menu than before. Brilliant burgers and the loaded fries are amazing. Better now that the cooking isn't done in the bar as you dont leave smelling of food and grease. Great prices too. Good atmosphere and loved the music. The staff are brilliant too, really helpful, friendly and welcoming. Only downside is that the seating / layout isn't great, but overall a fantastic night. Cant wait to go back, thanks.

Went here last night staff were friendly and pleasant food was delish, restaurant had a lovely ambiance toilets were spotless, no complaints here, I had onion with goats cheese tartlet and for my main chicken and haggis Bon bon with mash veg and a creamy mushroom sauce. Mmm
