Find out what American restaurants to try in Nuremberg. With half a million people, Nuremberg is Bavaria's second largest city. While its history dates to the 11th century, Nuremberg is most often linked to the 20th century (specifically World War II). It first served as the site of many pre-war Nazi rallies, then was nearly leveled by Allied bombing, then was the site of the famous post-war Nuremberg Trials. The city has much to offer today's visitors, including the rebuilt Nuremberg Castle and the world-famous gingerbread at Hauptmarkt. Hansel and Gretel would have loved this place.

At the main market, the central square of the old town of Nuremberg, where, for example, takes place the famous Christmas Market, Block House is drawn on 05/07/2013 in a historic building. A restaurant with 108 seats and a terrace with 80 seats!
Ok we were greeted friendly when we came and found a nice table. The prizes are high in my opinion (250g rumpsteak, a potato and a slice of garlic bread for â¬25, my girl had a cheeseburger which was frankly ugly) the guy at our table was more than unfriendly and we didnât do anything wrong. Maybe his girlfriend kicked him out the other night - but still. For three plates we payed â¬70. Find something else.

Stumbled across this restaurant/bar whilst looking for a bar for a few drinks. The atmosphere was really funky with all of the bamboo trees throughout and it was a chilled, ambient environment with really friendly staff. Loved the mats on the tables so much so we renamed the bar âcarpet tile barâ

Hoserer is a cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere and a great service. Our speciality is American cuisine such as ribs, burgers, chicken wings and much more. We are looking forward to seeing you in Hoserer Rolly's American Diner.
American diner? No, just an ordinary fast food tavern.. how this place is rated so high is beyond me. Standard fries and salad, onion rings were not fully done, and most importantly the meat was not well done inside.. simply not worth the price. The service was not impressive either. The waiter asked me for mayonese and ketchup, but never showed up before I finished my meal. It also took forever to get the bill with only one other customer left...

Handcrafted Burger & Fries Fresh, tasty and handmade with love
Great burger gem in Nuremberg's old town! As the name suggests, Plain Vanilla focuses on simplicity, yet they offer sustainably prepared food at very reasonable prices. They have a handful of burgers to choose from, two of which are veggie burgers! One of the veggie burgers has a delicious, homemade veggie patty made from organic grains and vegetables, which I definitely recommend! Both the fries and burgers are handmade and come with all kinds of fresh and locally-grown ingredients, including caramelized onions and a variety of homemade sauces. If you're looking for a quick, affordable and flavorful burger in Nuremberg's city center, this is the place to go!Thank you very much for your great feedback, we´re happy you enjoyed our burgers and would love to welcome you again!

The burgers were absolutely amazing! Serving size is very good. We ordered strawberry lemonade which was delicious and I really liked the way it was served; in a nice bottle with a lime wedge, a strawberry and a slice of kiwi. Itâs really amazing that this place has a lot of vegetarian options. We ordered the sweet potato burger without the bun, and the spicy patty with avocado without the bun with a side of potato waffles. The waitress was super friendly and spoke very good English, which was super helpful! Itâs nice that there is an English menu available too! This place does get crowded around dinner time, so to be sure youâll get a seat itâs probably a good idea to reserve a table.. we didnât do that and we were just lucky that there were two seats empty.. which was very nice! Cute place, great staff and tasty food! Iâd definitely come back here!Thank you for your really nice review - we appreciate it much! We look forward to welcome you soon again at FIVE Diner! Wow, delicious!! What more can I say? For lunch, we tried them all, brisket, pastrami, pulled pork, ribs, yum. Totally satisfying and totally the real thing! The owners are just super friendly and helpful, it is just a good thing for those of you who are into genuine American BBQ.For me, the pulled pork topped it. Tender and juicy and the bark, loved it!!! The restaurant is off on a side street so you'll have to keep your eyes open when looking for it. Enjoy! We did!
