Worst food Iâve had from any Hard Rock Cafe.Cheese was processed and tasted like plastic and the meat on the burgers wasnât medium it tasted like flour and under cooked.Thank you for sending us your feedback. We went here for dinner, as a family of 6 persons. The service and food was great. The portions are very generous compared to the prices. We all tried different dishes (ribs, chicken, fried chicken) and all dishes were good. Would definitely return if we come back to Kamala.

Great seafood and a reasonable price is was good .I had fried tiger prawns with garlic pepper sauce .very delicious and the staff are very friendly nice. service highly recommended Thank you yamthai. will sure come again !!!

Visited tonight with my wife sister and her partner.Shown to the table and then they had a very limited selection of beers on the menu, very poor.The four girls spent their time talking and was a challenge to attract their attention to order another drink so we decided to pay up and leave.Nobody even took any notice when we were leaving. A big change from last year. Will not be going back.Hello Kevin,I appreciate your review. The majority of the time our guests leave full and happy. Im not sure what happened with the staff during your visit, but i will investigate this. Even the best of places have an off day and i am hoping if you are in Phuket again you can give us another try. The burger was pretty good. Had the L'italian burger. Was double chicken with fried mozzarella. Tasted great but very oily and bun became soggy then difficult to eat. Cost 280 bahtFrench fries also soggy from too much oil.Minimum atmosphere. Love the décor Service excellent
