Cozy place with lovely experience!
Reviewed By 166febyrI stayed for 2 nights in the Loft, which has a mezzanine for the bedroom. The room also has the kitchenette, living, and dining, and it was surprisingly spacious and cozy. This is an important thing when you bring babies. The food was good and they have unique baby high chairs and I liked it. What amazes me is this hotel also offer self-serve laundry. And there should be a playground outside but it was being renovated for good. The staffs here were so friendly and helpful I couldn't ask for more. Oh and they also offer a ride (with a kind of bajaj thingy) to go around Jalan Sabang. This hotel really offers a lovely experience. Will come back here with my family! PS. The hotel has large wonderful quiet garden with a 700m running and a 50m pool which creates a nice oasis in the middle of this loud metropilis. They have added an outside terrace where you can enjoy a iced-coffee which I love. This is the first time I stayed here again in a while and the hotel seems to come back from some of the covid-restrictions. I had to my initial room because of internet problems -- but the hotel took care of it promptly. I will definitely stay here again on my next stay. Andreas

Great location, facilities seems old and staff need improvements

Asked for a connecting room from the booking, but when arrived didn't get the connecting. we upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite.(room 355) Pros : -Location is great, because located inside ancol area, many fun places at ancol, many dining areas too. -kids playground indoor and outdoor, kids corner at the lobby Cons: -Room need improvement. Many cracks, low lighting in all room, ants and even cockroach in the room(this is the most disturbing), balcony is not usable because unpreserved and dirty, musty odor at the room that doesn't disappear even after asking housekeeping service. Amenities is standard, with bathtub provided. the shower head is faulty. - Room air conditioner cant be adjusted. even when we turn it off, the room is still very cold. -Front office staffs need improvement. When we check in, regardless knowing our request for connecting room is not available, we didn't get the notice, until we arrive at our room. The solution to upgrade also comes from us, not from the staffs. The supervisor on the spot doesn't help much either, and seem even more apathy towards our problem. And when we call to ask about different type of rooms, no one inform us about the huge wall of construction that blocks our view form our room(the original and the suite). So we don't get dufan view, but a big red wall of construction view. Other staffs are nice. If not for the great location, and we have a very good time there because of ancol, maybe the rating will not be 3.
