Went on a Monday night at 7pm and still got a table and it wasnât super busy at all the whole time we were there. Once again I had already looked ahead at the menu and new what I was getting. The XO pho was delicious. Noodles were more âpot noodleâ style than I was expecting (this is definitely not a negative thing at all they just werenât how I had anticipated) and Iâm that fussy person who wants no coriander and this wasnât seen as hassle to the lovely staff!! The reviews on this restaurant are accurate, it didn't disappoint. The standout dish for me was the Kingfish Sashimi, very fresh and delicate flavors with an unusual passionfruit accompaniment. Four of us shared our dishes and with the exception of the crispy prawn and cauliflower dish, all were delicious. The prawn dish was a bit too fishy tasting for me, but that could just be my preference.The service was great, friendly and efficient. The only reason not to give this an excellent rating was the state of the bathrooms, not the cleanest I've seen.Highly recommended.

Exceptional food and staff...could not fault this restaurant. Great value with their $65 deal for two people with meals that kept all the taste buds firing. Would highly recommend if you are doing a night out at the theatre or even just a nice dinner out.

Iâve had the pleasure of eating at Rice Paper Scissors several times. Itâs crowded and loud but the food is worth it. You need to dine early or else put your name down and wait for a table but as itâs not really a place to linger the tables turn over quite quickly. Ordering the special of 5 courses to share is a good option. Love the fresh flavours. Interesting cocktails too.

The food at Mrs Vyâs first Vietnamese restaurant in Australia is very good. Some beautiful things on the menu which you might not find in other Vietnamese restaurants, like Morning Glory although it isnât quite the same. The food is very good, especially the seafood dishes. Cannot rate more than average though as the service was very poor. There seemed to be a real shortage of staff but the ones that were there could not get our order right. Maybe just a bad night and I would return for the wonderful food but service needs a lot of attention.
