We hadn't eaten pho before, and the server told us he would take care of us. The soup was fantastic, enough for more than two, lots of variety in it. I really liked getting the soup broth and the condiments separately, allowing us to mix our own bowls. We also had rice and a beef and vegetable dish that had more than we cold eat. This place will become a new favorite of mine when traveling through the Seattle area.

Stopped by as I was craving some Thai food. Came here cause of their reviews. They didnât disappoint, food was prepared fresh. Portions are big so we took home the leftovers. Not pricy, affordable! Manager even came by to check on us after we finished eating. That was nice! Will be back, thanks for the great service and delicious food

The first thing we noticed in the pho section of the menu is they offer a vegetarian pho but served with beef broth. Not exactly vegetarian then. No matter, they were willing to make us a vegetarian Vietnamese pancake (so good!), fried rice, stir-fried lemongrass tofu and stir-fried tofu with mixed vegetables. They were all good. Prices were good. This restaurant doesn't have very many vegetarian choices. With so many restaurant options in the area, I doubt we will be back.
For as many Vietnamese there are in Seattle, I find it strange that it is so difficult to find a broad variety of menu items that truly represent traditional Vietnamese food in Vietnam. Saigon Soul is one. I stumbled across it yesterday while visiting my sister in Kent and we decided to go for lunch. I had Bun Cha. It was the best I have had in Seattle. The pork was cooked to perfection and the herbs were traditional and fresh. Highly recommend this place. And the owners are wonderful and friendly. We will definitely be going back when we are in Kent.
But there is zero ambience. Tucked away in a tired strip mall, we stopped by for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Paid all of $8.50 for the lunch combo, probably the most expensive item on the menu.
