We have eaten here more than once when visiting the Angouleme area of France. (I believe there's another restaurant of the same name in Poitiers.) Its a very large restaurant with a wide selection of dishes - Chinese and Western European - you can eat a starter, more than one main course, cheese and dessert if you have a big appetite! Included in the price is a generous allowance of alcohol (beer or wines), as much water/soft drinks as you want and expresso coffee. It is not Haute Cuisine but the food is wholesome, plentiful, and delicious. If you are not sure, try it once and see if you enjoy it ! There's a children's price and, for fussy children, most should be able to find something they like. Let them try something first - all diners can go back to the food counters as many times as they want but the staff don't like customers to pile their plates high and leave most of it uneaten.

A great find. Hard to find truly Asian food in france but we had a great meal and thoroughly enjoyed the flavours . The service was a bit slow but that is what you come to expect in France, very friendly though. We will return.

We have booked for 7 persons. The reception and waitresses weren't friendly, not a smile. I wonder if one of the waitresses speaks a European language. We hardly sat down or the waitress asked what we wanted to drink. A family with young children were still sorting out the kids and the waitress (I think it was madame herself) almost bumped them aside to put her drinks list on the table. Give people the time to sit down at their ease and not because you want to rush on in a not full restaurant. The food was good, for everybody there was something to their taste. I enjoyed the wok part of the buffet that's why I have given 1 extra point. The dessert buffet was a huge disappointment, especially if you compare this one with the one in Chateaubernard, same concept but more choice and friendly staff dressed in Asian style.
