Came for drinks at this pub whilst over visiting family. Friendly atmosphere. Good prices. Good selection of drinks and entertainment (pool table, darts etc).

Me and my family went here for years, after losing mum and dad it was my dream to go back to this amazing place, it was fun for children of all ages. I was more into the fishing witch was fantastic, it was one of the best places in Ireland to fish, Rathbeggan lakes will be surely missed big time, have had loads of really good family memories here, hope to here it reopens one day. I'll be one of the first 100,000 or more back here. RIP for now old friend
