Ramblin' Road is Ontario's first and only Brewery Farm, located just south of the small town of La Salette in Norfolk County - a remarkably fertile part of the province known as Ontario's Garden. Come visit us - have a tour of our brewery and our very own kettle chip line! Yes we make kettle chips as well as beer! You can also take a stroll through our hop garden. See you at the farm!
This is the first time visiting, and while we already had lunch prior to our stopping we enjoyed browsing the store and of course enjoyed the beer tasting. Nice variety of beers available. Made several purchases and we plan on coming back for lunch in the very near future. The menu looks awesome

I attended the Backstage Capitol Theatre for a gala anniversary for a non-profit organization. The reception area was very nice, with attentive and friendly barkeepers. Inside the venue, setting was charming. Lighting and sound were great for the AV portion of the event. Food was catered by Chrissy's, also very good.

If you passing through Delhi, take a few minutes and explore this gem of a farm market. They grow strawberries and raspberries, but also have a wide assortment of other fruits and vegetables. Their selection of baked goods is mouth-watering: pies, muffins, cookies, and more. You can buy meat, cheese and cider here too. Highly recommended!

My second visit in this interesting museum. In addition to watching the documentary about tobacco picking, I spent more time studying the exhibits dedicated to the ethnic groups that lived and worked in the area—and who still live in Delhi, as I saw a Belgian, German, Hungarian and Polish clubs in town. I also spotted an old map of Long Point (from the period it was an island, after a big storm in 1833 washed a cut across the base of the Point until 1906, when it was filled in by storms). The museum had information not only on tobacco, but also on the area’s new crop, ginseng, which has been becoming more and more popular.
Incidentally, a few days ago I spoke about my trip to Delhi to one of my acquaintances, who is of Belgian origin. He told me that in the late 1970s he worked on a tobacco farm owned by Belgians farmers. He agreed that indeed, it was a very demanding, yet well-paying job.
