A lovely and interesting walk in London which is not very well advertised. There are different ways to do it, starting from different points. I opted to begin at the Finsbury Park end, having got the underground there it is a short walk to the starting point and we walked to Highgate along the route, discovering interesting features like old railway platforms and bridges. The tunnel ending this part of the route is inaccessible and is now a bat cave, which was interesting. This path is also good for cyclists and runners.

Can’t fault their beautiful studio, amazing teachers and regular offers. Love the virtual classes whilst the studio is closed too.

The Arthouse is a cinema overflowing with character - it feels like a familiar club for film lovers . The salles are intimate and I love the seats - old style with extra cushions if you need them . The bar has a selection of really affordable snacks and food which are put together by hand from individually sourced ingredients . The film selection is a barometer of quality world cinema and I am always confident about their choice . And the live screenings mean I still have the intimate experience of missed plays and performance . I can go to the cinema solo or with friends - which I do regularly . Someone said there is a need for refurbishment - I think they are missing the point a little .If you want to recreate the experience of community film watching in a very personal and lovingly recreated and rather nostalgic environment this is it !
