took three of my granchildren ,ages 11,10 and 8 to the visitor center tour last week. all of us enjoyed the tour- it was a lovely visit. the only criticism i had was that you only saw a small part of the actual factory cat walk. the guide was great and dealt with both the adults and the kids on our group. it was very easy to book a tour through the website and am really happy to have gone there with the kids
