Swimming can be done any time of the day for men and children although it's really hot in the middle of the day. For women, I suggest that you come early in the morning if you want to swim as there are few or no people are there. If you're not comfy swimming with your abaya, wear some black leggings and shirt but keep your abaya near. It is also a nice place for some activities, picnics and barbecue just keep your voices down and controlled. Children and men can play without restrictions. Best to come with family and couple.

This place has a jarir bookstore which is the most visited place and a panda supermarket. Otherwise it's a small mall with very few shops. There is a bossini if you want some cloths and a small food court.
