A beautiful park and gardens. Great for a picnic or a stroll! There is a playground off the side of the park which is fenced in. Bring a picnic, a blanket and a book to spend an afternoon here relaxing!

Popular waterfront tourist destination in Perth, Ontario. Over 100 Canoes, Kayaks and Stand-up Paddle-Boards for rent by the half day, full day or longer. Enjoy a relaxing paddle upstream to Crystal Palace basin around the fountains and further to the entrance of Stewart Park or portage and tour the upper Tay leading into Perth. A paddle downstream to enjoy the beautiful scenery and lock through Beveridge's Locks to the Rideau River. Both ways, it is largely an undeveloped and natural shoreline gem. Beginners are encouraged and welcome with our easy launch. Try our one of a kind Mini Golf on the bank of the Tay River or play a game of outdoor Ping Pong and make it a day enjoying our picnic area. Enjoy a stroll or rent a peddle go cart on our 400 mtr wooded trail. In winter enjoy a skate around the trail, shinny rink & bonfire. We also offer programs, classes and summer camp. Great Venue for team building activities, reunions, school outing, corporate groups, birthdays. Come play!

My girlfriend Sherrie and I toured the mica mine and were impressed by the tour guides information and presentation . It was a gorgeous early August day, later we went swimming on a small beach in the park. I highly recommend visiting this park, which is an easy drive from both Kingston and Ottawa .

Leave the 21st century behind as you enter the world of the 1840s at the elegant Matheson House, home of the award-winning Perth Museum. This popular tourist attraction, located downtown at 11 Gore Street East, is a National Historic Site.
Have taken the tour through the museum twice now and have a learnt a lot about the Perth area and the past. Next summer I hope to take the walking tour of the town that they offer on Wednesday and Saturday.

Perth Chocolate Works is family owned and operated artisan chocolatier kitchen and chocolate retail store located in the beautiful historic Code’s Mill building at 17 Wilson Street East in Perth, Ontario. All of our chocolates are made from the highest quality ingredients - locally sourced when possible - in small batches in our on-site kitchen. We turned our family’s passion into a way of life and are fortunate to be celebrating over 20 years of business! Perth Chocolate Works originally started on Manitoulin Island and chose the ‘Prettiest Town in Ontario’ to expand with our second location. Perth opened its doors to the McKeen family and it automatically felt like a home away from home. Our passion is chocolate! It brings us joy, whether it is enjoyed as a self-indulgence or given as a gift. Our team wants you to get a taste of what chocolate and genuinely tasty treats mean to us! So from our family to yours, we hope you enjoy your Chocolate Works experience.
Delicious chocolates! I had the raspberry delight (my favourite), mango, chocolate peppermint as well as a citrus cream. My husband had a cashew caramel bar. Both were absolutely delicious! A must do when you shop around Perth!
