A Adega Peterlini está estabelecida na zona rural, a 3 Km ao centro de Monte Alegre do Sul, sendo seu acesso todo asfaltado. É constituída por uma antiga tulha de café com mais de 130 anos de história. Na parte inferior, em um porão com paredes de pedra, repousam os vinhos e demais bebidas ali produzidas. Dispõe de um sala com objetos antigos utilizados há 6 gerações pela Família Peterlini. A Adega faz parte da Rota da Cachaça de Monte Alegre do Sul. Produz Vinhos, Cachaças, Uísque de Milho, Cervejas e Pães Artesanais, Queijos, Licores, Grappa, Aguardente e Vinho de Jabuticaba e Morango, Salames, Linguiças Calabresa e Blumenau, Alheiras, Geleias, Suco de Uva, Vinagres, Mel e Pimentas. O diferencial dos produtos ali produzidos é que são feitos de maneira artesanal em fogão a lenha/alambiques pequenos e sem a utilização de conservantes.
