Our basecamp, is located in Skurdalen, 14 km from downtown Geilo. Here its just us and the dogs, in beautiful and peaceful nature. With our guides and four-legged friends, you can enjoy great outdoor adventures, cooking in the wild, tenting and light a bonfire. Take your family, your business or your friends. There are no limitations in terms of age or physical condition. The activity is also suitable for people with a handicap that would like to get out in nature. Geilo Skiheiser has 18 ski lifts of different types, and its maximum capacity is 24,000 passengers per hour. There are rarely queues, and there are 40 alpine slopes of varying degree of difficulty and length. Geilo is also a paradise for children, with lots of activities and areas suited for children. You will also find three areas for snowboarding. The ski slopes are situated near the centre of the village, and you can ski down the slopes, kick off your skis and wander right into the village.
