Excellent place for a walk around the cliff path. We walked down almost to Camaret sur mar and back round as a circular walk which took just over 3 hours. A few short climbs but mainly flat. Wonderful views including the famous rock formation and lots of interesting world war two sights as well. You can see the actual bomb craters and the gun placements. Very evocative. You can do shorter there and back walks if you prefer. A highly recommended place for a visit.

Ile vierge

What an amazing spot! We parked in the designated parking nr the Mineral Museum and followed the path from the back of their car park. At the end of the wide track just go straight ahead into the head height bracken and gorse. After a couple of minutes you will be rewarded with a view of your destination. Access is challenge but also part of the fun and challenge! We managed it safely with 5 year old in the group with an adult to help them down. On a wet day it would be far more difficult. This is a pebble beach with a small strip of sand. Stunning turquoise seas. There are cliffs and caves to explore. I made sure my family was in the middle of the beach. Some people were sitting tight against the cliffs were there is an obvious rockfall risk. Enjoy but be prepared, access is not smart in flip flops! Kayaking from Morgat looks a great option for our next visit.
