Due to COVID-19 Garry Oak Gallery is temporarily closed as of March 16 to protect members and visitors. Spring is here and our artwork reflects all of the color and textures of this time of year. This is a unique Artist Owned Coop of over 20 Whidbey Island artists located in scenic old town Oak Harbor. Original high quality art includes paintings, photography, jewelry, fused and blown glass, wood pieces and more. Be sure to stop in to see us as you explore the treasures of our island. Garry Oak Gallery is a great place to pick up a treasured reminder of your visit to our beautiful Whidbey Island.
You can find all sorts of beautiful, hand-crafted items at this store whether it is handmade cards, prints and photos, stained glass, scarves and earrings, or home furnishings. I belong to the Garry Oak Society and we sell handcrafted oak items here for our non-profit that focuses on education, preservation and protection of our local oaks!

The Pacific Northwest Naval Air Museum (formerly the PBY-Naval Air Msueum) presents the history of Naval aircraft based at NAS Whidbey Island and other Air Stations throughout the Pacific Northwest from WWI through the present. Exhibits include an actual PBY-5A aircraft, many interactive exhibits including flight simulators that are favorites of kids, young and old.
The museum was awesome, great information about the history of the PBY Catalina and the workers there knew even more. They answered the questions I had very well and were extremely friendly. I would definitely go again and I would donate again as I heard they are trying to move into a bigger space so they can display even more of what they have. The workers there even stayed late to show us the plane on the other side as we had come about 45 minutes before closing. Amazing museum. Highly recommended.

Lots of trinkets, gifts galore...something for everyone. Jewelry, soaps, magnets, dolls, many different types of rocks and gems, if you can't find it somewhere else then you will probably find it here. Nice clerks!
