It is a STEM museum, I really enjoyed it. You get the science experience, it is interactive, volunters were really polite and funny to work with. They reach you to explain everything about it (rather than you trying to find someone to explain you). They have some different activites I have never seen in other STEM museums like, building your own paper rocket and launch it with air valves, and almost vertical slide challenge, and I wont say more so you can have the pleasant surprises. It also has an IMAX cinema with popcorn and soda service (extra charge but not that expensive compared to normal cinemas). Overall a great 4-5 hours if you visit and experience all it has for you.

A large mall type shopping plaza south of the Border. Top level stores mixed with more ordinary markets. Stores have TWO cash registers - one for pesos and one for US dollars - use whichever you prefer. How to get there? Bit far to walk, but possible and as safe as Mexicali business district. Otherwise, catch a cab after walking across OR Catch a bus going down Avenida Madero -- can't miss Cachinella - its on the left a bit after passing Costco on the right. OR Drive -- plenty of parking
