Hi everyone from! Alfonso is an amateur chef on the Amalfi Coast and now takes care of his new location "CASA SCARICA", where cooking lessons and home restaurant evenings are held. We use all local ingredients Here are some garden ingredients that we will use during the experience: tomatoes and lemons. Toured the pasta factory, and historic pasta museum, to learn about the history of pasta making in Gragnano and how they make it today. Very friendly team who were very accommodating of our last minute request. Please email them or call ahead and you can arrange a time to tour. (We had our hotel make the initial request in Italian, but on arrival, discovered that the customer relations team all speak excellent English). We had a private tour for just our family and they were terrific.
