This may not bother a lot of locals but I wanted to note up front that they donât serve alcohol at this restaurant. Having said that, the food is really delicious so as long as you donât need a beer with your Thai curry youâll be fine! The menu isnât huge but they have many of the usual curry and stir fry dishes youâd expect, with some additions I wasnât familiar with (and we eat Thai fairly regularly at home in Australia). I recommend the spicy beans and we had them with tofu. The red curry is also good, but quite spicy. The entrees come with rice so you donât need to order any extra. It seems like this may have been a bar or maybe a BBQ type restaurant previously. Itâs not decorated like your usual Thai restaurant. But again, the food is great so who cares!

I stopped in to see if I could get something to go and they happily handed me a menu and took my order. The wait was short and the food was delicious. Green curry with chicken. A huge portion - easily enough for two. Very satisfying meal.

Thai House is not an upscale restaurant, but the food is pretty good--especially given the fact that entrees are only $8.99 apiece. They have a decent selection of Thai dishes, a large selection of soups and appetizers, and a good selection of drinks. I've eaten here twice now. The last time I had the mango curry, which was good but a bit sweet. The time before I had the pumpkin curry, which was very good. Their spring rolls and coconut curry soup are both excellent. Ambiance is nothing to write home about. Service is mediocre. But given the reasonable prices, this is a great place for Thai food when you're not looking for an expensive, upscale experience.

Definitely not the best Thai I've have in the wider Salt Lake City area. This restaurant seems to be marketing to the office lunch crowd in the vicinity...so moderately large portions of palatable Thai food options. Perhaps by visiting on a Saturday lunch time we didn't see them at their peak of performance or quality. While others in my group were really impressed, I felt the food was a bit lacking.

In all my time of reviewing and visiting a restaurant to dine, never have I walked out of one without any food. After an hour of waiting for sushi I had no choice but to walk out. I simply wanted a nice meal. Plenty of options but when I saw all-you-can-eat sushi for $18.95 I figured I try it. I was only the 5th dining guest on the restaurant and then families started walking in and tables started filling. It was 7pm when I walked in and 8pm when I walked out only to have a glass of Arnold Palmer which I made myself cause the waiter had no clue what it was. My initial walk in should've been a telling sign when the host asked "what are you here for?" I was shocked at the question that of course I had to say, um to eat. It lacked service for sure. I don't expect much when I dine out but at least the bare minimum be service with a smile and not "what are you here for" attitude. I can't comment on the food since I was never served any. Based solely on service, I do not recommend spending any money here. Why waste time?!
