I've now been to this restaurant five times. I've tried a number of curries, noodles, and soups. The food has always been tasty and, to my mind, quite authentic. The Thai staff has been welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is small, only five or six tables. The decoration is traditional, the atmosphere pleasant. Reservation is a must; the place is packed, especially on the weekends. However, I've also walked into this place as soon as they opened at 6pm and got a quick early dinner without a reservation. The restaurant is 10 minutes walking from the center. I've always found parking in this quiet residential area, but there is also a large garage just a few minutes away. The prices are significantly lower than in Switzerland, but there surely are a number of less pricey places in Konstanz. Nonetheless, the Tom Ka soup is worth every penny, and I will surely return.

Best Asian food near Kreuzlingen, Canton of Thurgau, Switzerland
The approximate 15 sidewalk tables are placed outside on the cobblestone sidewalk with views of the main train station clock tower. I stopped in her for a bite to each for lunch. After viewing the menu, I settled on trying the M7 dish (Thai curry with chicken and veggies) â¬7.50 and a large beer â¬2.90.Three small deep fried veggie rolls with sauce are included with the meal and brought out for an appetizer. The poor excuse for a âThaiâ meal followed. The âThaiâ curry with chicken came with a serving of rice and a heaping pile of vegetable goulash. The veggies consisted of peppers (green, yellow, red), peas, carrots, bean sprouts and your choice of meat surrounded by a floating moat of curry liquid. Since most of the sidewalk tables sit on the slanted sidewalk, the moat gravitates to one side of your plate. This dish was extremely disappointing and I did not finish the meal as it in no way represented real Thai food. When I had had enough of the disappointing meal, I requested to pay my bill. I informed the female staff member that I did not enjoy this meal and that it was not authentic Thai food. She informed me that she understood my complaint. She explained to me that most Germans do not like the spiciness of real Thai food, so thatâs why they have to make the food very mild. The bathroom smelled damp and musky. The paper towel dispenser was broken and they simply placed rolls of paper towels in the broken towel dispenser.I cannot recommend anyone to dine at this establishment, due to the non âThai ingredients and cheaply prepared meal. There are more, better options for dining in Konstanz. Give this place a pass!
