Thai monks/nuns and visitors head straight for this restaurant when in Bodhgaya. The Burmese operator and main chef spent years both as nun and cook in Thailand. Speaks Thai fluently. Thai menu is quite extensive. Seafood (e.g. large prawns) is fresh and sourced direct from Calcutta port. Pricing is a little above the local food, but hey, it's good quality.

I chose this for my birthday lunch with friends. There were no prawns available (which didnât worry me as I am vegetarian) but the mushroom dish was great and clearly authentic Thai. Itâs good value and good food.

Very disappointed! Cafe looks lovely but the crab fried rice didn't contain any crab and the spaghetti dish was actually stir fried noodles - do they think we were all born yesterday?The portions were the size of starters and the price was twice that of anywhere else.My advice is don't go, they shouldn't be running a cafe!Sorry thay we make you so disappointed . Yes our portion is small if you compare with others but its asian size. Our price is a bit high than local because most of ingredient were imported from Thailand to made authentic Thai food. For the Spaghetti we confirm that we use Italian Spaghetti Brand not noodle for every Spaghetti dish in our cafe. But so sorry again that we make you feel not good. We will improve by increase portion of every dish in this season. Hope you will give us a chance and thank you for your complain to improve our service.
