We had a delicious dinner recently at this restaurant. Service was excellent. We started off with very good clam chowder and then had grilled salmon and fish & chips. All were excellent. The only downside (surprisingly) was dessert. My husband had tiramasu and it was tasteless. He has had it dozens of times in other restaurants and this was by far the oddest tasting tiramasu. I had the apple Brown Betty and it was way too sweet, loaded with lots & lots of sugar. When we were asked whether we enjoyed the desserts, we were honest & our wait staff were kind & only charged us for one dessert. Would go back again, but would not order dessert.

Iâve eaten at Baba many times over many years. Never disappoints. Iâve tried many other sushi restaurants and always compare them to Baba. The others rarely measure up. Love to sit at the bar and try different sushi options. Service is always good as well.

Our family went to this fantastic Kai place that my daughters have been to before but my wife and I had not, we went there on Sat. the 18th not knowing what to expect and to our surprise it was great, the service was great and when we got there no one was there and within half an hour the place was packed.

Very good Japanese food, good and quick service, relaxing atmosphere. The salmon teppanyaki was very good, served with vegetables and rice, after a salad and onion soup as entree. Price within 20$ per person. There is also a bar with a a large choice of spirits. Parking available.

7 Nana on Shrewsbury Street is a good place to meet with friends and family. The sushi menu is extensive and hibachi tables are available for small and large groups. Parking is available in the back and reservations are recommended for Friday and Saturday nights.
