Here is what you will get at Orchid... a very clean restaurant and bathroom, friendly servers, consistent food, and reasonable food at a good price. Don't expect it to be authentic anything. It's not even really pan-Asian or Asian fusion. If anything, it's southern-Asian. When you try the sweet medallion carrots or the mayonnaise-ey sauce, you'll recognize right away that they have catered well to their local clientel. I find many of their hot dishes to be a little too salty and a little bit lacking in flavor for me. However, their California rolls are perfect, especially dipped in the provided wasabi. The salad with ginger dressing is a welcome bit of crunch and zip in a pretty plain tasting menu . The pho is really good. It comes with a pile of bean sprouts, cilantro, lemon, and onion. They are also willing to just make a vegetable pho as well, which I appreciate (though watch out for the sweet medallion carrots that they toss in). Overall, the price keeps me returning. Pho and a side salad come out to $9, and I always have enough for lunch the next day. Just make sure that you aren't expecting authentic Asian.

Soyumi Asian Kitchen (pronounced just like our food tastes - so yummy!) is an Asian fusion restaurant that is expanding people's horizons through cultural food.

Absolutely love shogun! It is always amazing and one of our favorite date night dinner spots! The plating is always beautiful and the atmosphere is quiet and romantic! They also offer the cook in front of you dinning as well and my kids always enjoy that!!

Upon return, my lady and I were very disappointed....we expected a Chinese buffet but found, at best, a few "Americanized" would-be Chinese dishes...along with a limited selection of "safe" Japanese sushi...The use of MSG here is undeniable....the selections on the buffet are mostly swimming in grease...both facts that were confirmed by our digestive tracts....Finally, their prices have increased, making it no longer as much a "cheap" option for a meal...WE SHALL NOT RETURN!

When craving decent sushi and I don't want to go all the way to,Savannah, GA, this is the place. While the menu selection is not very extensive I have found the rolls to be consistently good. My favorite roll is the Kamakazi Roll which is good but would be a little better if there was slightly less cream cheese. Service has always been good and pricing average for the area. Remember that this is not one of those upscale sushi places just something good to satisfy the craving locally.
