Boutique Asian cuisine with very selective dishes from around the world. Gluten Friendly and Vegan Options
This is probably the only "fancy"-looking asian restaurant in the town. If you want really good Thai food, invest 15 minutes of driving and go to Milford. I tasted red lotus pad thai before and it literally tasted like sweet ketchup.Dear Tiffany We are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy our noodle recipe. We use a authentic pad thai sauce flown in from Thailand. At the Lotus any dish can be returned if not satisfied. We are very different from other Asian restaurants where we go the extra mile and can cook anything to order. Just reach out to us when you are here. We hope you have a chance to try something different next you visit. I'm sure you will find something to love. Bon Appetit !

Nice new location on Bridgeport Ave in Shelton. Wonderful menu, service very quick and attentive. Couldnât ask for a better choice of sushi, and all the dishes Hunan Pan is known for. This new location is very nice, tables and decor very attractive. Will definitely be back. Really enjoyed our lunch.

Visited with family. Arrived and was greeting with iced water which was always welcome on hot day. Sushi was made to order and delicious. All you can eat is a great deal. They serve not only sushi but Japanese soups and japanese teppanyaki too. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

we were a group of 4, - Hibachi on a Sunday afternoon...included was an excellent mushroom soup, and ginger dressed salad...Hibachi was amazing, cooked to order, included a fried rice and some shrimp - along with the main choice of meat or fish. Dessert special was creative and delicious. Beautiful presentation. Great drink selections.

My daughter and I decided to go out for Hibachi for her birthday. Although we were low key and did not announce her birthday, I did hear and see some nice birthday celebrations happening at the same time. I had salmon and my daughter had chicken and fried rice. The man next to me had sea scallops and he said that they were prepared excellently. Our chef was fine and our food was well prepared, but I did notice that some of the other chefs were a bit more spunky in their personality and presentation, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Ironically, I thought we were going to the OTHER hibachi restaurant on Bridgeport Ave and was pleasantly surprised to happen onto this one instead. It had a nice warm atmosphere and the service was very good. We also were given a lot of food to eat and the mixed drinks were quite good. I would definitely do back here.
