Japú, es un Restaurant que fusiona dos importantes culturas gastronómicas como son la Peruana y la Japonesa.
My friends and I stopped by for dinner. The place opened 4 months ago. Decent sized place. Mixed of Peruvian and Japanese restaurant. The Lima roll was really good. Refreshing, salty, sour tart to it. Empanadas steak was good. Eby Maduro Tempura was good, but the ripe plantains and sauce was a tad sweet. Mixto ceviche was a refreshing dish. Yuca a La Huancaina was a good dish. Yucca was fired perfectly. Not oily and yet crunchy. Seafood Yakisoba had flavor, but a bit mushy for me. Arroz Chaufa Mixto needed some salt, but the steak was soft. Generous portions. There are parking space, but designated spots.

We had the New England maki, spicy tuna and salmon as well as the hot chicken and beef bee bem bahp. Everyone enjoyed the meal and we were all stuffed. The staff was very friendly and knows a lot of the guests. The decor is simple and the restaurant is very clean and bright. Their menu has pictures that help. The tripadvisor map shows a Denny's where Inaka is located although Denny's is down the street a little.

Blink twice and you will miss this place. It's not well lit, but the locals all know where it is. Plenty of street parking. The interior has 3-4 Teppanyaki tables and one small sushi bar. It has a full bar and some really interesting sushi roll combinations. The sauce on the Unagi is mouthwatering.Admittedly, the decor needs an overhaul - it hasn't changed in 20 years and it is wallpapered in Polaroids of people who have gone there since they opened. The fish is fresh, and they never rush you. John, the owner, will often make some "compliments of the chef" sushi for you if the place is packed, like on a Friday night. Which makes the wait more bearable. You can order warm sake by the pot, which is nice if you have a lot of people.

I have driven by the Fusion House Restaurant a few dozen times and it is always inviting. Stopped by the other night with my wife and 7 grandkids and we all had a great time. Great food, great service, fair pricing. We all tried a different dish and not one complaint from anyone. I will be back again and again.
