Service was average; waitress never checked on us after food was delivered to provide drink refills and sauces. Food was good and as expected for chain steakhouse choices. Prices seemed to be on the high side.

Expect to have a wait if dinner hours! Lots of food to choose from. Drinks as well. Many foods a bit spicy catering more to Hispanic tastes in Yakima. Always friendly good service. Great supporters of veterans!

Not crowded but extremely inattentive service. Moldy steak sandwich was replaced but they took FOREVER. No staff in sight and we thought our server had to be hiding hoping we'd just leave! Everyone else had leisurely finished and were ready to go, by the time the replacement sandwich arrived. The rest of the meals were on the low side of mediocre and I've already been negative enough in this review so no need to elaborate about tough meat. It can't always be this bad, but on this afternoon, it certainly was! OH - the décor was beautiful!
Where to eat Bar food in Union Gap: The Best Restaurants and Bars
My first time and I never heard of Bruchi's Cheesesteaks, it just sounded good. Different. This place is an open book, what you see is what you get. Solid plate glass windows so you can see the entire dining room and you can tell they keep it clean. The food is cooked right behind the counter, in full view of customers, so you can see the whole kitchen so they have to always be "on stage." The food was good. It was delicious. Don't know if the bread was baked there but it was very soft and fresh. Choice of chicken or steak on the bacon-cheddar and it was really tasty, just a little bit drippy, so certainly not dry at all. Very good experience. Lots of seating and parking. Staff was very friendly.
