Dinner was overly priced. $12 for glass of wine, $5 for Bud light. Additional costs for cold risotto, crumbly bleu cheese for salad. Will never ever go there again!

Texas de Brazil, is a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, that features endless servings of ï¬ame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage as well as an extravagant salad area with a wide array of seasonal chef-crafted items.
Texas de Brazil is ALWAYS amazing, and this was just another one of those fantastic visits. I could live on the salad bar alone. However, this visit did have a couple of points that were slightly less than 100%. One of my pieces of sirloin had some tendons running through it, (the others did not), and one of my pieces of flank steak was a bit dry. This is highly unusual, as this restaurant usually has everything perfect. But everything else was perfect, and they very nicely offered a big discount to military vets, so that made it even nicer. I love this place!

Independently owned and managed. Inspired by the family's black Angus beef farm. Freestanding building with plenty of free parking.
We started coming here early (â17) on and this restaurant has really evolved! The owners put their all into this place with ambiance certainly but also their personal connection of farm to table, locally sourced foods as well. The last 2 business dinners knocked it out of the park with presentation, preparation and service! Our guests seem to always be first timers and have been impressed as well.More than a steakhouse with interesting culinary influences and the standards too.Shrimp cocktail was outstanding and mushroom app was beautiful and delicious!High marks for lamb, scallops, sirloin and riggisAmbitious menu but not too overwhelming although tough to choose between.Service for us has been very attentive and timely. The owner seems to always be there to insure.A treasure of a place we always try to get to when in town.

My husband and I had a very disappointing meal at the new Prime Steak House in Victory, NY. which we understand is owned by this Syracuse restaurant. We both had a petite cut which was not prime quality. Maybe that was the problem, but not much better than a strip steak. My husband's Caesar salad romaine lettuce was pale like Iceberg. There were was nothing on it but dressing. No croutons, no Parmesan or anchovies. The bread they served was a pretzel and/or cranberry roll/bread. I think they were warmed up, not fresh. We did not eat the bread and brought it home. Even though it was in a sealed container, they were hard as rocks the next day.
