On the day my girlfriend and I order their Denver steak cooked medium rare with charred broccolini and mushroom for sides. The meal ended with tiramisu for desserts. First the beef. We both ordered our beef medium rare and it was tender, juicy and salted to perfection. As we were seated with the full view of the open kitchen, we could tell that the beef was cooked and prepared in the simplest of manners, with just a little bit of butter coating, sliced and salt. Simple, nothing over the top, yet very delicious. Next, the sides. The charred broccolini lives up to its name. They were just broccolis with longer stems and tasted slightly burnt/charred. A very unique taste personally. Certainly a very special way to have your greens. The sautéed mushrooms was a tasty dish that used fresh mushrooms and not those canned butter mushroom served in other restaurants. Seasoned with garlic, onions and thyme makes the dish a very enjoyable and full of flavors. Lastly, the tiramisu. A perfect ending to what was already a perfect meal. The tiramisu was moist, not too sweet and does not have too strong a coffee taste. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that doesnât break the bank. Highly recommend and I know Iâll be going back there again for sure.

Just had dinner in the restaurant. Lovely meal with delicate flavours and not overpowering. I had red snapper ceviche and my partner had grilled haloumi both of which were very good. Followed by chicken with crispy potatoes and mushroom jus. Apple tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream made for a delicious end.Good ambience in the restaurant with friendly and efficient service from Jesna and her fellow servers.Would definitely go back and recommend.Dear Dean , I am so glad that you did enjoy your meal , I will share your review with the entire team , Thank you , Stephane Istel Chef / Owner

Celebrated my son birthday here..The ambient and service is perfect. There were many celebrations in the restaurant that nite but the staff make us feel special. Meals on its own is very good..but not cheap.I took the 4-course set meal and the birthday options, so it works out fine. The wine are also decently price. Perhaps there could be some improvement to the dressing of the spinning salad. It taste just like normal thousand island sauce. But really a shout out to all the ladies servers...accompanied every complimentary BD dessert with a Birthday song...well done everyone

Named after the temperature of the signature wood-fired oven and grill at 665°F, the premium steakhouse specialises in gourmet meats and sustainable seafood. Inspired by the design of a vintage tailor shop, 665°F is located on the 38th floor of Andaz Sing
Only a few tables, overlooking one of the best landscapes in Singapore, 665F is a cosy ambience, in a relaxed and casual atmosphere but with no compromises to elegance. Limited menu, but covering all choices and tastes, their ribeye steak merits more than one visit. Very interesting the wine by the glass selection, where you can even enjoy a glass of super-Tuscany Ornellaia .
