This is not the first time I notified this Texas Roadhouse about their cleanliness. The first time it was because when entering the restaurant, i could smell a 'sour odor' similar to a dirty bar smell. The management corrected this complaint and even offered to email me a 'free appraiser' discount coupon, which never arrived. This visit, the odor was not present, food and service was great! While waiting for our bill to arrive, I looked up...big mistake...dust and cob webs all over. I pointed this out to the duty manager and he said that was the first time he looked up! Before leaving, I visited the restroom, the sinks were a mess and they had a stack of paper towels next to the sink.Even though I like their food, I am hesitant to try them again. It appears that dinning area cleanliness is not high on their list of priorities. Looking at the questions below, I believe they have a handicap ramp and the door is wide enough for wheelchair access and they have several ground level tables.

My husband and I stopped by for lunch on Friday. Wow, was it ever good. My husband had the shaved prime rib sandwich combo and I had the burger combo. They were both delicious. My burger was cook cold center as ordered! We had seafood gumbo as our side and it was hearty. The fresh fried potato chips with bacon and cheese dip were a nice addition. The service was perfect and the atmosphere was relaxing. â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

So we've eaten here twice in the past couple weeks. I have to say that we've been sleeping on LongHorn. I had a bad experience at another location so I never wanted to go to another LongHorn. We decided to give them another try and if they stay consistent LongHorn will continue to have us, as customers. We really enjoyed the steaks here, cooked and tasted very good. The drinks (adult juice) was good too. One visit I had a mango margarita, the second one I had a watermelon one and it was so yummy. I had the 6 oz FLO filet with lobster tail, so yummy. The macaroni, the rice pilaf, baked potatoes with all the fixings were all delicious. On our first visit the manager came over to our table but yesterday the manager walked past us a few times but never stopped. She stopped at all the surrounding tables but not ours and for that, I could only provide 4 stars. Its good to have a steakhouse close by when you have that steak taste going on. Looking forward to going back.

We opted to dine here for a small celebratory lunch one Sunday afternoon. The staff was friendly , despite the stereotype if it being full holiday season. Our server handled the lazy Sunday crowd with grace and a beautiful smile. She was great at pre-bussing the tables and had the tickets perfectly timed so the meal flowed and our food was delivered at the perfect temperature. She was quick to insure drinks at all tables stayed full, and kept everyone updated on the progress of their meal. The food was flavorful and maintains the Outback reputation. We will return to this location again.
Upon our first visit to Mizu, we were quickly seated and provided water. The service turned slow from there, as it took 20 minutes to receive our appetizer and another 25 minutes for our sushi. The restaurant was not busy at all, with only a few non-hibachi tables occupied on a Sunday evening around 6pm.We ordered the Volcano Roll, clear soup, and salmon roll. We had the calimari as an appetizer. The food was decent, but the portions were small. The Volcano Roll was delivered with a fire inside the bowl and the sushi surrounding the bowl, which was fun and interesting. The decor is new and lively, but there is something to be desired in the service and quantity of food. We left hungry after spending more than what we normally spend at a sushi restaurant.
