The design of the restaurant is one out of a magazine very posh and upscale.The food: It was not the best but i do love the wide variety and different international cuisines they offer. However, Iâve been their twice to see if it would improve but they are still lacking in adequate seasoning. I must commend them on their presentation of their food that beautifully laid out. The staff: The waiters were very pleasant and easy going. Nonetheless they could use a lot of training in regards to dining etiquette. The sushi: The sushi was great especially the latitudes roll The bar: The bar is very chic. The mixologist that they have at the bar is whatâs really impressive. They made drinks that were not only unique but very very delicious.Recommendations: 1) The carrot cake is a must probably the most delicious thing they have on the menu2) The teppanyaki station is a dining experience thatâs a must. But everything is just drowned in soy sauce, salt and pepper. 3) For sweet wine lovers they have a very delicious bottle of moscato dâAsti

We ordered the sea bass and it was beyond spectacular. This restaurant is not included with the all-inclusive. The dinner was a little more expensive for the two of us but the quantity and quality of the food was superb and the dinner was worth it. Great service which seems to be the case everywhere in Nassau. Bahamians are so friendly. Carna is the most expensive restaurant I have ever been to and I have traveled the world for 30 years. The steaks were no even that great. Two people for dinner $750, INSANE. Should have walked out when I saw the menu but figured I would give it a try. Never again !!
