Nice Place, Loccation In The Famous Street Cafe, The Owner Is Italian And Also The Chef Is Italian, If You Like Really Italian Food Is The Right Place
Loved the authentic taste of Italian food right here in China where itâs so difficult to find good western cuisine. The Chef is Italian so I Guess you could call it authentic. Not too expensive, I would say itâs reasonably priced! Well I was very satisfied!

Visited this restaurant with friends and was pleasantly surprised by both taste and price. The salads and main courses were delicious and generously portioned. Was told that reservation was recommended but once there found that place was still available (we sat upstairs) - however, next time will make reservation as I would not want to rely on luck again! Parking may not be easy as restaurant is in a busy street with many parked cars (suggest to take a taxi or have driver drop you). Good place, good food and good price - will definitely go back!

We had heard about Knuckles, but hadn't been out that far except for the Beer festival. Now we know where to go in Huangdao - Knuckles! The burger was superb! Fries were great. I wish someone in a bar or pub could offer a red or a brown ale, but there is a good selection of beer and my wife loved her salad.

I travel all over the world and I donât usually ask for my Italian food, but when I met Romano I found a friend and an exquisite Master Chef! It made me feel back home in my beloved country, with all the rich taste and flavor that only Italian cousins can give to an human being. Thanks Romano hope to have a chance to be you guest soon! Shandong, China Food Guide: 5 European food Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Jiaonan
I have eaten at their other locations in China, and every time I have been very impressed. This restaurant is able to blend East and West together in a wonderful dining experience. Five star service, combined with high quality ingredients make this a gem in Qingdao. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the HNA tower, so getting to it is a little tough if you're driving your own car. You park in the garage and take the elevator up to the ground floor, and the restaurant is right there. From the time you walk into the door to the time you walk out, the ambiance and service makes you feel like you're sitting in a five star steak house in a ritzy part of town NOT in China. You will have a server that acts as a personal coordinator, and the server has people that are in charge of drinks, bread, etc. Our table was visited regularly without being overbearing and a manager also visited and made sure we each were happy with the way our steaks were cooked. The way the place is set up, is that you have a five course "prix fixe" menu with choices for salad, appetizer, main course, dessert, and a beverage. Our steaks were fantastic, the TaiSu is their known cut of steak. The seasoning is Chinese style but its cooked tenderly and falls right off the bone. Other choices that my friends ordered were more western flavor. There were a few things that could be improved upon if you really want to make this a top performer.1. The courses came on way too fast. Some of us were finishing salads and the appetizers were brought to the table. Then, as the apps were not finished, the palate cleanser was brought to the table. Then the main course was brought out before the appetizers were finished. This can be finessed.2. The desserts were unimpressive. Chocolate lava cake filling was cold, and the cake was flavorless, spongy, and tasted like it was frozen or kept in a chiller. The cheesecake was about 1.5" tall. I'd rather have paid for a good dessert than had a free mediocre one.All in all, considering that you're not going to find this kind of service, ambiance, food and atmosphere in Qingdao, China, I am going to call this a solid dining choice for friends or business associates to have a nice meal.
