This is the best traditional restaurant in Gaziantep. Hisvahan is the oldest Khan of Gaziantep built in 1577. Hotel has 10 rooms and a big restaurant very well decorated. Most of their menu is local food. We were there for a big family meeting. The Chef Ali Bedri made a good presentation for us. He described how they prepare and cook seasonal delicacies. Unforgettable experience for us. In a kebab city, Assado is making huge difference with its extremely delicious barbecue special meats dishes and brings a new added value to famous Gaziantep kitchen. They do not serve alcohool.
