Went as a party of 8 ranging from 11 yrs to 68 yrs. for a Birthday party. The place was very busy, but we were treated as we were the only people there by our waitress.Ours drinks were order and brought to the table very quickly. The food was also brought out very quickly. Well presented. Hot and tasted fantastic. The steaks we ordered were cooked to perfection as per request of each person. Our waitress (Abbie) was brilliant. She was very professional and chatty, and constantly smiling, and making sure we were enjoying the experience. The food is not cheap...But is worth every penny for the taste and the experience. Itâs obvious that the staff enjoy their work, which makes the experience even better. Would certainly recommend Miller & Carter to everyone.Hi Alan HWe are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! We will pass on your kind words to Abbi. It is always a pleasure for our team to know how happy they have made our guests. Kind regardsMiller & Carter Bessacarr

Welcome to The Whitehorse Inn Our traditional country inn is full of character & charm, set in the beautiful village of Misson just out side Bawtry Come & join us for a meal, our guestsâ love the warm & friendly atmosphere Our passion is good fresh food,
With friends, we visited this quaint old village pub in the quiet village of Misson. The landlords, Elaine and Michael, proved to be the perfect hosts. We were shown to outdoor seating to take pre-dinner drinks and view the enticing menu. Michael, the chef, came to our table to answer our menu questions while Elaine served the drinks. Our starters of calamari and classic prawn cocktail were well received. The main dishes were even better including salmon and prawns in a thermidor sauce. The special beef wellington had a perfectly cooked steak sandwiched by pate and a beautiful fluff pastry case. With desserts, drinks and gratuities the bill came to £45 per head, well worth it for such perfect food and friendly service.

Argentina has a passion for beef is no great revelation. Argentine workers, known as gauchos, would would roast skewered hunks of meat over an open fire and eat quickly. They would repeat this ritual several times a day, which became identifying elements
First visit on a fairly quiet Sunday afternoon. Nice decor and pleasant staff. Service was prompt and attentive. We had a rib eye and a fillet steak which we both found excellent. Good value food and a good and reasonably priced wine list.Lost one star because location is poor and the choice of draft beers and lagers is very limited, otherwise excellent all round.
