Went with friends from casper who chose the restaurant. We were seated in the older section of the restaurant, but it is quieter. We ordered some Fried Green Tomatoes that were all breading and over fried, no taste of tomato at all. I ordered the beef medallions, big mistake, they were mushy and flavorless. They were in a Campbell like mushroom soup sauce which was way too salty. It comes with a salad that was average. My wife had a chicken pasta dish which she said was fine. Friends had walleye and a fillet which they said was average. The service was fine and the dinner rolls were great. It was a Monday night which meant free Mud Pie. Not my dessert but others enjoyed it. Not a place by my meal that I would go pack to but others were satisfied. Wine list is really boring, we brought our own for a $20 corkage which I think is a bit high but the wines was great, sad that the meal wasn't.

Not a lot to like about this restaurant. I donât understand how it is busy. 25 minutes wait is a waste of time. Go elsewhere.

First visit here. Parked on street. Walked in, 1130 am, seated promptly, given a brunch menu, and asked hostess about whether there was lunch being served. She said she wasn't sure. No, "I'll check," or anything. And then the long wait began. Sat for over a half hour. Finally flagged down a server to get our beverage order. He apologized profusely for the poor service. There were at times 3 or 4 women gathered at the hostess station. Not sure why they didn't have at least 1 or 2 of them filling glasses of water or iced tea, taking food orders, etc. Food finally arrived over an hour from when we were seated. Not worth the wait. Weird off-taste to the avocado and eggs. Other egg dish was very ordinary. Nothing for the vegan in our group. Had such high hopes...but it was a long, frustrating visit, and the noise level was excruciatingly high there. Couldn't carry on a decent conversation. Kept having to swat flies off the table (this was indoors). I hope this was a just one bad day. But, I am hard-pressed to want to visit again.Thank you for the review as it provides details we can use to improve. Your visit is not what we expect from our staff and will we will take this as an opportunity to be better next time. Eh hope to earn a repeat visit where we can show improvement. Thanks Again! This restaurant has an extensive meat menu, an area in which they excel. Salads are not their particular forte. Attentive service. Fascinating interior of art by local artists.

We came to pick up my husband from the hospital. We were very hungry, we did skip the appetizers because we wanted to eat all our food. I ordered the 6oz sirloin, that steak was cooked as I wanted but the best part was the taste. It was awesome, seasoned perfectly, needed no sauce!! Everything else was great too. Our server Chavis was terrific, gave us the right amount of attention. Definitely would eat there again.
