From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted with wonderful service and introduced to our waiter for the evening who explained the cooking process and made us feel very welcome. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely my only criticism is we didnât have long enough to eat pudding. A real shame as we were having a lovely evening and the waiter did say we could but we only had 15 minutes left of our booking. To pay £7 each for a pudding to then have to leave seemed pointless. Itâs not a cheap night out and we felt it got cut short. We would of happily had pudding and another bottle of wine.

Pasture is celebration of fire-based cooking and incredible local ingredients. The in-house butchers handpick and prepare the very best meat from farms in the south west, and our chefs use it to cook beautiful, modern dishes. In a nutshell Pasture is glam
Having visited most steak restaurants in Bristol, I can safely say Pasture is the best. Staff are delightful and very amenable. The food is delicious, steaks cooked to perfection, sides well seasoned and a good portion size. The desserts were also excellent, something that many places seem to struggle with at times.A must visit, and if you don't like steaks there are a good number of alternatives, even a vegan option!Hi Patrick, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such an amazing review. Very pleased to hear you enjoyed your overall Pasture experience. The selection of fresh, locally-grown produce is handled with great care and passion and it is good to hear that this has transpired in your meal with us! Hope to see you again sometime soon! All the best, Sam

Me and my wife attended Marco pierre whites on a Thursday evening for a date night!! I had a starter my wife didnât. After I finished my starter we waited 50min for our mains. About 45 min in the waitress gave us some sorbet as a sweetener to keep us quiet I guess!! Eventually our meals were served to us my wife had steak I had lamb rump the lamb was like chewing a Cartlidge it was that chewy !!! After mentioning this to the waitress and asking for the bill at the end we received our bill where we found out they charged us £8 for a bottle of table water !! And put a service charge on the bill without any mentioning of this!! And not even a good will gesture for the poor food and waiting time ! Dear daveoreynolds,Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review after your recent dining experience with us. Firstly i apologise for the duration of time you waited to be served your mains. This is not common practice and not something we want to see happen. I have passed on your comments to our Exec Chef regarding the lamb rump and we will make sure the quality doesn't lapse again. In regards to your bill, Bottled still and sparkling is available to purchase however tap water may be requested also. The Figure of £8 looks as though you've been charged for two bottles. At the bottom of our A la Carte menus you will find the service charge explained, this is 100% discretionary and can be taken off if our diners wish it.Once again, my apologies i hope we can welcome you back soon to give you a better experience. Many Thanks,Sam FordMPW Administrator
