Bad experience

Bad experience we ever had. From the beginning itself from the reception we need to bargain for good room rent.. And finalised for ₹2000. Room was so pathetic and even ₹100 is not worth for this kind of facilities. We accidentally chose this room because we reached the location late and seems good while checking online.. No reviews found..And also other hotel rooms are unavailable. Room doesn’t have heaters at all.. We don’t know why they are not providing heaters in a place like this. Only they can do is to provide a temporary one for just one hour. And it is not enough to heat a room.. We were actually planned for 2 days stay. But canceled the next days booking the moment we reached the room. They will knock the door frequently and irritatingly to inform something since the land phone there is dead. One guy told us that they can provide bed heater… After sometime another guy came and checked the bed and said that this bed is not appropriate for a bed heater… Bathrooms are clean.. But there is no hand shower. They placed a mug beneath the tap. There is no toiletries at all… and no kettle.. Just a untidy jug and some water in it and two glasses next to it. Power outage was there that night and temporary heater stops working. No hot water supply at all. If you want to enjoy your trip please book your rooms somewhere else with this rate which is providing better stay..
