Top 5 Spas & Wellness in Downtown, Georgia (GA)

Charming Savannah is the picture of antebellum hospitality, thanks to period architecture and oak-lined streets. It’s tempting to spend your trip just relaxing on vast verandas and sipping mint juleps, but there are plenty of historical sites and museums to explore. Haunting (and possibly haunted) Bonaventure Cemetery is one of the hallmarks of the city, featuring beautiful obelisks, masses of flowers, and ivy-covered crypts. Dine on fresh seafood and creamy grits for a taste of Savannah home cooking.

Wonderful and relaxing couples massage and facials at Milan Day Spa this afternoon. Corinthia and Steve were our massage therapists and were both very professional, personable, and skilled. Steve has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is happy to share both Megan! Megan and Alisha gave our facials and answered all of our skin care questions and did an amazing job! We were so relaxed and pampered when we left ???? highly recommend!

Sweet Water Spa is the place to go! The staff is the most friendly and the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Jara was the best massage therapist that I have ever had! I’ve had numerous massages over the years. She was so pleasant, really listened to how I like my massage and did such an amazing job. AMAZING! I will be back for another deep tissue massage on our next trip to Savannah. Thank you, Jara! You gotta go here people! Go! Hurry! You won’t regret it!

I had a 75 minute relaxation massage with Lydia. I added the hydration mask, but they offer a wide variety of add-ons. Katherine greeted us & guided us into the women’s locker room after completing the brief form. She was so pleasant & sweet!!! The lockers had hangers in them, as well as spa slippers & a wonderful bathrobe. The area where you wait for your therapist was very comfortable. They offer water, tea and trail mix. My massage with Lydia was absolutely wonderful!!! She is so thoughtful & checks in with you periodically to make sure the pressure is okay. I really appreciate that because I am one who sometimes is too afraid to speak up if the pressure is too weak or too strong, for fear of hurting the therapist’s feelings. By Lydia asking me, I knew I could be honest with her, and the pressure was perfect! I cannot say enough great things about Lydia. The spa charges a gratuity of 22%, but only 18% of that goes to the therapist, so I added a bit extra since she really deserved it. Just wanted to let future guests know that because had my friend not asked the girl who checked us out, I would’ve assumed that the entire 22% went to Lydia. Highly recommend this wonderful spa!
